Poverty stands as the major barrier factor for development and growth of every citizen and their communities. Most African countries are being raked by poverty hence, making it difficult for upcoming agripreneurs to think well, acquire some seeds, education, food items and other basic needs, necessary for their development. GYTA has played a major role by empowering these youths in most rural parts of the country with skills to create and bring their dreams into reality.

GYTA is proud of it's members who are lovers of the vocation and not money seeker's. We look foward to impacting more youths into the Agricultural field. This offcourse is through the creation of direct jobs to atlest 10,000 youths in Cameroon and 50,000 youths all over Africa in 10years. But we Must accept that this vission is a pretty serious one because as we seek to bring youths into this field they are instead escaping this line with great dislike. In Africa it is believed that Agriculture if for those without background, those without another option or focus in life. Here at GYTA we creating a mindset that accepts Agriculture for what it is, "The occupation that keeps man alive".
